Very bad behaviour to customers, when we approach to order some items, he immediately rejects it by saying it will take more time, minimum 20 minutes, in a very bad tone. Seems like he doesn't want customers to order any items. However since we were really hungry we decided to wait and order it. Then he purposely entered wrong item in bill, and now asking us to do the payment and says its not possible to cancel it now. We requested to change the item and place order for the right item which we wanted, he refused it and forced us to make payment. We did the payment anyways as we had to get the food. And then within 2-3 minutes the food gets served.

So then why did he said it will take 20 minutes minimum to get the food? He indirectly wanted us to go back without ordering anything.

Finding KFC in a place like Davangere is by itself delights me.. This is my third visit in the last 18 months. And there has been few upgradation in the menu. I went alone here today. They had played some melodious audio in the background which was not loud enough to bother you(a special mention because I'm that person who doesn't like loud music at least not while eating). I went late in the noon and there were very few customers other than me but the service was still not swift as it was expected to be. I had to wait for 11 long minutes even though there were only three of us (customers) the whole time which I personally didn't find very welcoming.
