Marga: Do you look around for vegetarianized momo cafes? Why not try this claimed vegetarian restaurant inside the Golden Temple complex? Perhaps Lamas have been trained in patience for serving customers. Perhaps their hygiene is above average. Perhaps they have little use for excitotoxins like MSG or for artificial colors.
Dukkha: Really, corn starch's a bummer. Dark colored foods are not appetizing for someone from the tropics. The Gobi, the cabbage, the capsicum grown with artificial fertilizers are tasteless. You can't yell at Lamas to clean the tables and squat the flies. How can soy sauce be the foundation for a civilization? Why does the restaurant hire scruffy non-lamas? Why does the ketchup taste like colored sugar syrup? What about the favored oil -- corn, soy or bran ?? Does the Monastary's board spend sleepless nights over procuring cold wood pressed oil -- or -- do they go with the flow? And why are there so many tourists?

Momos are dried up, thick layer of flour coating .. not at all good. Veg Hakka noodles doesn't contain any vegetables. Only thick noodles are stir fried with soya sauce. Thukpa is a watery noodles with no salt and taste .. may be the worst thukpa i ever had in my life! Where as the best thukpa I had in Sikkim in Tibet kitchen. Crowd management is super messy.
