I recently had the pleasure of staying at Megh Darshini during my visit to Dharwad. I was looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation, and I must say that this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. First and foremost, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was situated in the heart of the city, close to several popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. Additionally, the hotel provided easy access to major highways and the airport, which was a major plus for me as a traveler. Note: They do not accept upi,card,gpay,phone pay payment only cash

Megh Darshini, Dharwad: Old Favorite for Breakfast & North Indian Delights! Megh Darshini, one of Dharwad's oldest vegetarian restaurants, holds a special place. While parking is challenging (even for two-wheelers on this busy market street), the food makes it worthwhile. Their breakfast is good, with the cone-shaped Masala Dosa being a visual and tasty standout. For lunch and dinner, the menu is distinctly North Indian. My go-to starter is the Gobi Manchurian, which consistently maintains its great taste. For the main course, Kaju Masala is an excellent choice. They also offer an AC service room for families and dining sections.

It's one of the oldest restaurant in Dharwad. Breakfast here is too good and worthy. North Indian dishes are also good. Kaju kurma tastes good here. It's a vegetarian restaurant. After wandering in local market it's the right place for refreshment and boosting your energy. Pav bhaji is awesome here. Snacks are also available here. Evening tea is amazing it has a soothing taste. During summer it serves special drinks freshly prepared especially cold badam milk. Overall it's a good restaurant with reasonable prices. The toilet is the worst. Too infectious. Smelly no body care, its always dirty.

Megh darshini restaurant is one of the oldest and famous hotel in city. It is near old bus stand, cbt bus stop and main market area. It is situated near Padama Theatre. It has good view . It has good quality and quantity of food. It has good service. Cooperative staff and management. It has only vegetarian available here and there is no non vegetarian food available here. It is well maintained clean premises and near to city and Muncipalty area . It has small parking area facility. It had no wheel chair acciesable parking facility. It has no wheel chair acciesable enterence facility. It has good interior view. It has clean restroom .it has good ambence. It has outdoor sitting facility. They will accept online payment and card payment also available here. Here Chinese food or snacks are good. Desert are also tasty...

Worst experience going on right now. Hope the health inspector even alive in Dharwad. Serving for 8 is nightmare, all these outsiders are killing localites. Serving us like we sent paying and speaking in their own language and behaving like we cone here for free meal. I recommend other hotels

Post paying Review : the guy at the cash counter behaved as we came here for Free meal, pay and get lost he said. And upon asking why this kind of behaviours he said you People don't understand taste get lost, udupi people so any come here and enjoy but dharwad people don't know about food at all. Was shocked!!!

When coming out they said heard of Bendre Bus we look you there. I don't know what...

I am visiting here since from my childhood, they never broke my hope of tasty good food till now... They have a awesome team of workers, they are very helpful. As I have seen They handle all types of people with great respect and honour.. prices are also not too high and it is in the prime location of Dharwad, that is the centre of city, in the market... so that we have to adjust for parking space, it is not available in or around hotel. Hotel is in busy streets of market... But we have a option of parking around Vivekananda circle which is walkable distance to hotel... But u should be lucky enough to get a space there as there is limited space available and they are almost full in...
