Hotel Grand Plaza — Hotel in Karnataka

1. The room offered was at low price, which was only the positive point.
2. There was no cleaning done in my room after informing reception for 3 days. The towels were not changed, no soap was added, no floor sweeping done.
3. The bedsheets were having stains and the blanket was having foul smell, which were not replaced even after informing.
4. There is no food facility in the hotel, you have to order from their provided hotel or go outside to eat.
5. There is no billing done at checkout, you've to pay the amount in advance. I've forgotten my wallet at home and I didn't had smartphone at that time, I requested him I'll pay the full amount at time of checkout, he gave me one room at that point, I went to the meetings and work and when I came back in evening and asked for key, he refused to give and said transfer all the 3 days amount now or will not give the key.

Rooms are good but very costlyy... In every room contain tv but only news channels.. Sticky room floors.. Bathrooms were not clean .2/10 Rooms are not clean...2/10 Only for 1 hlur they were taken plenty pf money. Only one thing i liked there is one kannada news paper was there . But no english paper was there. Rooms were so tinyy.. Rooms were contain AC not working ... Not at all recomending to people... Please find other hotels...

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Although the rooms were neat and clean , the staff behaviour was pathetic. They really do not care for the guests and keep talking and playing loud music in the corridors leaving a constantly nagging background noise. They did that till 2 am in the night (31st night , new year celebration apparently) and again started at 6 in the morning . I will avoid this place at all...
