Westend Coffee Company — Restaurant in Karnataka

I have always seen this place while passing by and on one Saturday, I booked a table and visited. Initially, i was glad that I visited the cafe. We ordered mocha, cold coffee and mushroom omelette but they took a lot of time to give mocha and cold coffee. Mushroom omelette took almost 50 mins to serve and it was super salty :( very disappointing. Cold coffee was very light and watery. Mocha was good but all the super sweet chocolate was at the bottom. We asked the staff if the mocha has to be stirred but he mentioned not required, its already stirred well! There were 2 staffs, one managing the orders, coffee and other one all the shakes & food. It was very chaotic service by them. Same time, they were playing some good music, in between a loud phone ring kinda sound used to come from the same speakers which annoyed us so much that we changed the table. Located along a peaceful lane in Gokulam, Westend Coffee Company - Boho is hands down one of the best cafe in town! Their menu offers a great variety of hot and cold beverages, and the cold coffee is simply outstanding.

We also tried the Blueberry Breeze Mojito and Watermelon Wave Mojito, both of which were incredibly refreshing. The use of fresh pulp and skin, combined with unique flavors, made every sip delightful.

The cafe is super cute, with an aesthetic vibe that draws in a groovy mix of locals and foreign nationals. It’s the perfect place to hang out, enjoy a cup of coffee, and indulge in some savory bites.

Additionally, I found the choice of cutlery (bubble glasses, glass tumblers & jelly mugs) really nice. These little details add to the experience.

Go here only if you are a foreigner, they keep them on cloud nine. If you are from India, don’t because you won’t be prioritised here. Small place, not much space to even move around.

Edit 1 - take constructive criticism, maybe then your ratings won’t go down. A customer can’t move around the space and there’s nothing to be proud of there 🥰

Edit 2 - so during peak hours, there won’t be anyone at the billing counter to take orders? We stood there for a while and no one came, we sat and still nobody showed up, then we left. The nearby competitors, although small have better service.
