Every hotel/ bars or other business firm treated customer as their king, but here it was changed. Here staff are the king and customer has to obey staff. I will say one incident which I had faced. Just two days before (which was the first and last time I visited this bar) I visited this bar and ordered a egg bullseye. The staff was a lady and she had taken the order. And later she served me a plate of egg burji and states that I had ordered for a plate of egg burji instead of egg bullseye. After minute and minutes of arguments she informed it to a male staff and he also came and blames that my part is mistaken.
But the fact is that, later I continued my beverage and that female staff came to my part and shown an image of bullseye in Google and asking to me that " Is this item you had ordered ?" And I replied to her "YES". And she replied "we don't serve this item sir" My thing is that if they don't serve this item, then why did they took the order. It's really cheating the customer. And one more thing she replied to me that she will make me a plate of egg bullseye at her own expense. And I replied " I don't need".
First she replied I had ordered egg burji instead of bullseye. Second she shown the picture to me and states that I was mistaken. Later she states that she will make it for me at her own expense.
And one more thing to say.. they adjusted the AC as cool to warm because of these arguments..

Two of us went and our total bill was 639 and on top of this SC was 64.00 added without giving any service.. I didn't know this earlier, When I saw the bill then only I came to know. so I went and asked the manager about the service charge addition without serving any food. He is telling that I should have asked them for serving item itseems then only they will provide. Otherwise they will not serve any dishes on Friday due to busy day.
I thought I should have gone to any other good restaurant and I would have used same 64 rs to feed...

Food came first just basic spoon and plates has given after 10 mint..
And the funny part....of this place
As an person if u enter in anyone's home basis culture was offered with water...
Here is opposite.. they say they don't serve just regular water.......
Management is that sooo??????
