A perfect example of how Amma's pastries is failing!!!

extremely unfriendly and rude staffs. they do not show any interest in helping or supporting the customer. Here's the example

I wanted to order a cake for my daughters birthday, hence walked in to this store to understand the type of designs they can make, the lady of the store just referred me to the wall and asked me to look at that, that just had the type of cakes and not the designs. I had to ask them 2 more times for them to show me the catalogue...I gave them the benefit probably i didnt explain it properly

2 days later I walk in to order the chocolate celebration , they mentioned it would take a days time and I was alright with it. then they mentioned they only make this cake if the order is more than 3 kgs, but my requirement was 1.5kg and this was not the case when I had ordered the same cake 3 months back. this was the same lady and she lied to my face saying the rules have changed and this is the minimum order, I did not ask for any particualr shape, i was alright even if it was normal square or round, but she blatantly refused.I left the store

Called ther customer care and they were willing to take the order for even 1 kg of the same cake. I complained to them and asked them to speak with the store manager, the response I got was that there was another lady in the shift and she had left, which till date I am not willing to accept and found this to be non authentic

If i had to buy a 3 KG cake, I could got for the same price with my requirements at a Magnolia or Aubree...which i did

Sad to see this store which was gaining reputation with such...

I visited this store recently , The ambiance here is good i would recommend chocolate cheese cake here which I like and order on a regular basis . They maintain friendly lady staff they take up hassle free orders and show respectable behaviour towards the customers . I never get disappointed without getting what I wanted to buy, stocks are available each time i visit 😁

Note :-I have read certain reviews below saying that (they are rude and not providing spoons and proper packages and boxes were not given properly).. but before writing that reviews kindly look around the store walls they have clearly mentioned that they don't provide spoons and plates for takeaway orders and cake boxes they customise according to the kgs of cake. there is no boxes for 2kg and above so they have to adjust 1kg box into 2 or 3 kg so they put their best efforts to satisfy the needs of the customers... Before writing only bad things about something even write what was your behaviour with them and what mistakes were yours . And some guy says lady staff didn't laugh seeing him while he was eating is she there to work or site you ..?

“Worst cake offered at premium price”.. Had a horrible experience with Amma’s pastry Neeladri, ECity..Entire staff is on their mission to shutdown the outlet in a very short time with their poor quality of work and customer handling..I ordered a cake 1 day in advance and the staff showed me the final product before delivery..I was shocked and disappointed by seeing it..Firstly, they made low standard design on the cake and I’m sure that my 5 year old daughter can make better than that..Secondly, cake came out from the base and when I highlighted to the staff they were unable to accept that and they were asking me “what’s the problem” .. Finally after shouting they’ve made a new cake for which I have waited 20 more minutes in the store..

Excuse I got from staff that we are from front desk and kitchen staff makes the cake..Cake was made by a newly appointed guy and that’s why it went wrong.. Unbelievable!!!

To Amma’s pastry management:

1.Please try out your experiments/staff training at your food lab not on customers product.. 2.pick your staff wisely and train them well. 3.Maintain your quality throughout all outlets, otherwise...
