Bloody cheaters (Yeah, I know I am being harsh. Because I was really cheated)... Ordered plate shawarma and two extra kuboos. For that extra kuboos, they charged Rs 25 each, i.e., Rs 50 for two kuboos. When I asked about it, the excuse given by the person at the counter was that they don't have kuboos in their billing list. (He was not even ready to talk to me as he knew that he had cheated me with the bill. He was not replying to me properly for what I asked) What the........??!! If the item is not there in the billing list, does it mean that you can charge whatever you want from the customer...??!! Usually extra kuboos costs Rs 10 max (at my place, it is Rs 5 or 6 in many shops). Management better look into these kinds of cheating, or else, your employees will tarnish the name of your firm.
