I am very disappointed to be writing this. I have been to the New Padiwalas( different one than this) about 8-10 times on my way to Nitte, Karkala. Afterwards i came to know that there is an original padiwala next to the temple and i have been waiting for 2 months to try it. We did end up here on saturday morning.

The food was okay okay, menu seemed limited. Service was the worst.. The server/ waiter kept forgetting about us and our order. He forgot we had ordered for parcel takeaway. Even though we were waiting after paying he just stood and he nor anyone else bothered to ask us why we were waiting. This place is supposed to be original and old.

Suggestion - Skip this place and go to the New padiwala that is less than 0.5km from this place. I would have given it 3 stars because there is parking on a busy road and food was average but for its fame, it...

When you look for a good quality food at Moodbidri Padiwals is the best restaurant which I would recommend.The cleanliness and the hospitality of the bearers who attend to the customers is laudable which the Hotel authorities should be really proud about. We had veg pulav which was served hot with raitha which was really awesome.We were just peeping out through our car window and were looking for a vegetarian outlet and this hotel near Moodbidri Sri Hanuman temple with ample car parking space was a surprise.Price is affordable too. As we didn't have much time to explore other items listed in the menu card due to time constraint we couldn't comment much .But I'm quite sure with the Quality of Pulav we had we are quite confident that other items would definitely satisfy the taste buds of foodies.Go for it when you're at Moodbidri and it's...
