Gobi Manchurian: This Indo-Chinese classic offers a great balance of crispy, fried cauliflower florets tossed in a spicy and tangy sauce. The flavors are bold with just the right amount of heat, and the crispy exterior paired with the soft interior of the cauliflower makes it a perfect appetizer. The umami from soy sauce and garlic hits the palate perfectly, making it an addictive starter. Paneer Chilli: A fantastic dish that delivers on texture and flavor. The paneer cubes are lightly fried, retaining their softness inside while having a slightly crispy coating. The sauce is spicy and tangy, with green chilies and bell peppers adding crunch and depth. The dish is satisfying, especially for those who enjoy a spicy kick and soft, succulent paneer. Hyderabadi Veg Biryani: This biryani brings out the rich, aromatic flavors typical of Hyderabadi cuisine. The basmati rice is perfectly cooked and fragrant with a mix of whole spices like cardamom, cloves, and bay leaves. The vegetables are tender and well-seasoned, and there’s a subtle saffron aroma that enhances the dish. Served with raita, the biryani is hearty and flavorful, with the right level of spice for a satisfying main course. Kulcha: The kulcha is soft and slightly crispy on the outside, making it a perfect accompaniment to rich curries or even enjoyed on its own. It has a subtle buttery flavor, with a light, airy texture that complements spicier dishes. Whether served plain, stuffed, or brushed with butter, it’s a delightful bread that pairs wonderfully with the above dishes. In summary, each of these dishes offers a wonderful dining experience, combining a variety of textures and flavors that balance well together. Perfect for those who enjoy Indian and...

We also love their nibbu soda (sweet soda)—a refreshing addition to any meal. The cashew masala and vegetable korma are some of our favorites, bursting with rich flavors. Prithvi Hotel truly offers a delightful...
