Shahi Darbar — Restaurant in Karnataka

I used to be a regular customer. The last day I went along with my friend. We asked for half Tandoori Chicken and two tandoori rotis. The waiter refused to serve us tandoori rotis and insisted that we must order gravy.

I went and talked with the guy at the billing counter and he repeated that one cannot order just tandoori roti along with Tandoori Chicken.

So, avoiding this restaurant from now on.

Enough with whataboutery.

We asked for Half Tandoori Chicken and two tandoori rotis. But you refused to serve and we happily walked out.

None runs a restaurant for charity - you make profit out of every item you sell.

If I place the same order on Swiggy or Zomato - you'll happily deliver. Why the double standards?

I recently visited Shahi Darbar with a group of friends for dinner. We decided to try their biryani, which came highly recommended. While the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and the staff were courteous, the overall experience was just average.

The biryani itself was decent but didn't quite live up to our expectations. However, the portion size was generous, and the presentation was appealing.

Good clean hygienic restaurant with tasty at affordable price. Kababs are best. I take away the food for celebrations at home. Looking forward to have shawarma. Haven't tried that yet. But I've been told they don't add good amount of Mayonnaise. May be I'll ask them to.
