Shree Mahalakshmi Sweets, Vijayanagar Mysore — Restaurant in Karnataka

Today I had a bad experience with this branch. An elderly person who give the sweets to the customer came out along with blue hand gloves, unloaded few Stuffs from Mahalaxmi sweets truck which includes iron materials might have rusted not sure but it was too much dirty and later after unloading he went inside the shop and started distributing sweets to other customers without changing the hand gloves. I feel he don't have business ethics and management has not put the protocol or standards here hence it's better to stop doing the business for this unprofessionals. This is purely concern from Management they should have given proper guidance and training to all workers.

As part of initiative I had called to Shree Mahalakshmi Sweets, Hinkal and requested them to take some action against this elder person.

Problem is nowadays everybody are busy in buying foods but nobody bothers or cates about the way they prepare it or distribute it.

I saw flies on sweets here and many flies moving around and they call it best clean place for sweets, worst people with cleanliness not good to buy anything here, not that hygienic, don just go n buy n blve just coz f brand name of this ! Just lost his quality. They looks like more money after establishing themselves with mor franchise. This store Vijayanagar serves old Samosa and Laddu's. As I stay close to the shop, I tried laddu, Mysore Pak, samosa, masalpuri. None of them were good. Better close this outlet or get a new franchise. Not but not the least, attitude of cashier.
