Treebo Samanvaya Retreat, Mysore — Hotel in Karnataka

I stayed in this service apartment recently. Excellent place, Comfortable and very near to the main road. The owner Mr. Mounish and their Reception staff Mr. Jeeva were very kind and courteous with quick response. One Unique and special feature is that the hot water is available 24x7 any time with consistent temperature. Normally solar water alone does not give this much consistency in temperature. Later when I enquired about this specifically, then I came to know that they use heat pump (Similar but opposite to AC) to maintain water temperature consistently above 55 degree centigrade in a container of nearly 1000 Liters capacity. So far I have never seen this kind of set up for Great customer...

The worst ever experience, for sure it's not for family, and it's used by locals as public bar. I stayed last week for a day, and believe me no service at all, and the Manager was completely missing. In the other rooms alcohol party was on and even they knocked our room asking for glasses. And the manager was missing and call center of Trebo was not responsive that time and even the very next day the breakfast and manager was missing and again the call center of Trebo was playing with IVR without connecting to the concerned person. There were only two support staff but of no use....... Please stay away from this property or...

Very spacious service apartments (best for families), comfortable beds, well maintained property and very close to the city centre and most major attractions. Aesthetics of the place is very new and modern. Breakfast was delicious. The surroundings are very calm and pristine. It’s very rare to find well maintained, clean and tidy stays unless you are ready to pay a bomb but this place is very affordable. Recommend this place to anyone...
