Subway Fiza Nexus Mall — Restaurant in Karnataka

Subway is well known, but we see a lot of difference when we order online and while we visited there. The person was trying to provide good service must missed on asking what we needed in the sandwich. Unlike when we order online, we can select what goes in like veggies, selection of sauces etc. This was never asked, and we were too hungry to think about it. They had not asked for the choice of bread too.

We ordered for spicy chicken and were very disappointed as there were no proper veggies, so proper sauces and not at all spicy. We did not enjoy our lunch in the nice environment, and that leaves us with many choices next time we visit...

The subway sandwiches are always good. The only thing that makes each franchise different is the service. I found the service here underwhelming. I chose to go for the chicken tikka achari. I wasn't allowed to choose my filling or the sauce. It wasn't clear why. This disappointed me a bit. However the sandwich tastes brilliant. Only if they had informed me beforehand the fillings and sauce that goes in the sandwich. It would have been a better experience.
