Read more" Have from some other place, we have been waiting for 1 and half hours, you won't get food here🤬🤬" that's what a customer told when i was about to occupy a table, still I took risk bcoz it was my last day of the trip, right after lunch my plan was to return. I sat, 20 minutes passed no one came to take our order. I went to the billing counter, informed and after 10 mins they took our order. They said, it will take 20 mins. It was fine for us so we waited. After 45 mins still i didn't get food. Next to i saw a family occupying two tables. They were in good mood, chit chatting, taking selfies and so on. Now again, i went and they told we will get it soon. After 5 mins, they gave our food but they didn't give us the plate🥲 i asked and they provided, however a really dirty which wasn't washed properly. Even spoons were like that. So had to inform them and replaced it no need to mention the time they have taken. Again waited 15 minutes for my friend to get the food. Had average food after all. So my suggestion is, you prefer this place if you have sufficient time or else this magnifique has got magnificent hospitality to spoil your entire trip. While i was about to leave all i could see was grim faces of those people who were taking selfies and...
Read moreWe stopped by The Magnifique, Coorg for breakfast on our way to Coorg, and it turned out to be a great decision. The place served fresh and delicious food — we tried the poori bhaji and dosa with tea, and both were absolutely satisfying. The poori was soft and puffed just right, and the bhaji was well-seasoned. The dosa was crisp and flavorful, paired with chutney and sambar that had authentic taste. The tea was refreshing, especially after a long drive.
It’s a nice and convenient stopover, located near a petrol pump which makes it easy for travelers to refuel both their car and themselves. There are also a couple of souvenir shops nearby where you can pick up local items and gifts, adding to the travel experience.
The ambiance is simple and average, nothing fancy, but it was peaceful and clean during our morning visit. The staff was polite and service was prompt. It’s not a luxury café, but for a quick and satisfying meal on the way, it does the job well.
Definitely a recommended pit stop if you’re heading to Coorg and looking for good vegetarian breakfast and...
