My first experience in Noodle theory Mysore was very bad.šŸ˜’ ( The one in Chennai was goood not sure if it's the same franchise) I was waiting for a long time to try here and I didn't want to order online because I thought the packaging might spoil the food. But in the end the dining experience was even worse. I ordered their, 1) Crunchy Lotus stem (Never seen in any menu I had tried) & 2) Fresh Noodles with Japanese wine sauce To begin with the crunchy lotus stem was very average and didn't find it to be anything unique. Same old sauce with very dry ( yes crunchy cuz it's so dry) lotus stem. On top of it i found something in the food which was not supposed to be there(šŸ’‡) When I told the guy in counter he simply took my plate and asked do I need a fresh one. Yes he apologized but come on after seeing such thing how can one want it againšŸ™„šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø. I understand such things can't be avoided but atleast they could have offered a refund. I didn't ask for the refund but it's not about the money it's about the service (1/5) The wok Noodles was very average. Personally I love Chinese food but here the experience was very average. There are better places in Mysore where you can get good Chinese cuisine at better rate. The cost was also on the higher side with whatever the toppings they offered I barely could see them on my food. Also about the quality, I know you can't expect it to be healthy but it was too much oil where I was barely able to complete my food and left it it behind 😶 A big šŸ‘ŽšŸ‘Ž (This was personal experience, saw many good reviews hope they got the good service and food but I didn't 😪) Cheers guys.!!šŸ»šŸ¤ŸšŸ½ #Mysore

If you’re into Asian flavors, Noodles Theory in Mysore should be on your list. It’s a cozy place with great vibes, offering delicious food that’s full of bold and authentic flavors. What makes it even better is that you can customize your noodles just the way you like them. My daughter absolutely loved the noodles! The menu has a great mix of noodle-based dishes and Asian-inspired sides. Everything we tried tasted fresh and well-balanced. I especially enjoyed the Soba noodles and the dumplings—both were cooked just right and bursting with flavor. The Assorted Dimsums were a standout—super tasty, though a bit on the spicier side. Huge shoutout to the chefs for making food that’s not just delicious, but memorable. You can tell a lot of care goes into each dish. While the mains were fantastic, the desserts and beverages didn’t quite hit the mark for us. We tried the Thai jelly with water chestnut, but it wasn’t really to our taste. Still, the overall experience was wonderful. The ambience is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The service was friendly and quick, which added to the good vibes. We’ve already visited twice and would happily go back for another round of noodles. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re in town!

Food was nice, but needs some more description of the dishes they serve. Because couple of dishes, we thought something and when it arrived, it looked absolutely nothing related to the name. Of course, names are just names and the dish can be anything. Hence the description of the dishes would makes sense, particularly when we ordered Golden Custard, a typical idea we had was it is some kind of custard pudding with some different touches to it. But when it arrived, it was a 5 piece hard custard, which is deep fried like a fritters and upon that sitting a vanilla ice cream. You cannot think that it will be like this. I took all other photos, but missed taking of that dessert. And we ordered one-by-two soup, and the waitress tells us that she cannot split that soup into two halves, since it has noodles and all other stuffs, which are difficult to partition, but she told us that she will give us extra bowl and we can split into two. When it arrived, we easily were able to split into two. If we were able to split it into two, then obviously, she also can divide it, right?

Was looking if I could find some good Japanese/Asian food in Mysore and came across this. The place sounded interesting and we headed there for lunch. It's a small self-service style restaurant with vegetarian only option.

We ordered the Tempura Sushi and Spicy tofu Bao for starters. Was very disappointed with the Sushi though I wasn't expecting much. The rice was very overcooked(almost mushy) with no vinegary taste. Nori didn't seem fresh and the seasoning was off-balance, not very appetising by looks or taste. However in contrast, the Tofu Bao buns was excellent. The Bao itself was very well cooked (not at all doughy), the tofu was crisp and the sauce (which seemed like Chipotle) overall tasted great. For mains we ordered one of their 'Choose yourself wok' options, going with Soba noodles with a few veggies and Kung pao sauce. Though the noodles was slightly overcooked, it overall tasted good. We also ordered a couple of ice teas on their menu and they were decent, but felt not worth the price. The person at the counter collecting orders knew the food well and what's offered, which is a plus.

Overall the prices are reasonable but would justify only if the quality and quantity was better, esp the Sushi and ice teas respectively.

Since they seem environment friendly, a suggestion would be that they serve the drinks in reusable glasses instead of plastic bottles. Have steel cutlery than wooden spoons, which is more evo friendly in...
