Aishwarya Open Air Restaurant(BOARDING&LODGING) — Restaurant in Karnataka

I have been visiting this restaurant since last 14 years when I came to Bangalore and brought a car to visit the highways (old madras road) and visited again yesterday after a gap of nearly 2.5 years since covid times. Realized a huge difference, both positive and negative compared to older times.

On the + side, they have made this a fully constructed hotel with good ambience and a spa, there is a lift as well. Food is good as earlier, tasty and sumptuous.

On the -ve side, the food is now at a very high price almost same as in cities in Bangalore, so not sure why would someone visit a highway to have food rather than having at some restaurant in city.

Also I was missing the country side (village side) feel since now it is a fully grown sophisticated restaurant, for which I used to visit the highway dhabas out of madding crowds.

For me, the old restaurant was better with a dragon...

🌟 Aishwarya Open Hotel (Near Boodigere Cross) – My Review

I recently had lunch here with my family (4 people total). As a vegetarian, I really enjoyed the food! We ordered 2 curd rice, 1 paneer butter masala, and dal khichdi — everything was absolutely delicious and fresh.

The atmosphere was pleasant, with a nice open setup and plenty of parking space. The entrance and surroundings were clean and welcoming.

A special mention to the staff — the suppliers, waiters, and even the security officers were very kind and helpful. The security especially went out of their way to help me take my car safely back onto the busy service road — really appreciated!

The only small drawback was the slow service, probably because we arrived during a busy time. Other than that, it was a great experience overall.

This Restaurant is located 500mtrs before Hoskote toll plaza on Bangalore Kolar highway. On the entrance you have a building where you have Family Restaurant & only food is served here. Recommended for exclusively for family. Nice ambience & food. Above the restaurant rooms are available for stay.

Next to the building you have a walk through & in this section you have restaurant with bar attached. Good place to hangout for friends or group (suggested for only men).This section is not suitable for family but if bar service is required for family visit, then you need to ask for exclusive & private arrangement for your family.
