Adyar Ananda Bhavan - A2B — Restaurant in Karur

I ordered chapathi and they gave it in some time, soon after I ordered Orange juice and they did not give me for around 15min. I kept waiting and they server lady did not give any interest to serve me the juice and I went to billing counter to pay the bill. They told u can do upi only after u get the bill. I kept waiting for the bill for another 10min, still the server lady was busy with other things. Then after I told I will pay cash and they asked me to pay Rs.79 and I paid and left they place. I wanted to complain and so I returned and asked for bill, the bill was only Rs.75. When I asked the billing person why did u charge more, he was like here is ur balance take and go.

This was the kind of service they do. Worst experience ever in the hotel. They way they treat ppl as if they serve u for free. Nobody is bothered to care for the customer. More over it was 1pm and there was no rush. Hardly 10 ppl were in the hotel. Somebody charges u more than their service and when u ask them why, they don’t evn care to answer you.

We visited A2B Karur around 7 PM, hoping for a satisfying dinner, and our experience was a bit of a mixed bag.

My father started with the Sambar Vada. While edible, the taste was unfortunately just "okay," lacking that distinct flavor or crispness one hopes for. Next up was the Pongal, which, to its credit, tasted good. However, it was served lukewarm rather than hot, which was a minor disappointment.

I opted for the Chola Poori. The taste was good, offering a decent flavor, but the texture was quite rubbery, making it a bit challenging to eat.

I'm regular fan of adyar ananda bhavan ..I have having food chennai branch and blore and so on since 10year... but now a days service and atmospher in karur branch is worst...I'm not making a statement to downgrade we want ur overhead people to look back Ac in karur branch is worst and time for food order was late by 26 min u can check in ur Camara I was ther around 9.28 till 10.08 food was not delivered. So cancel that order poori full of oil I asked them to pic for photo they soon took that they dint allow me to asked over excuse.u might ask poori is oil only nu... but it like they poured oil after cooking. Kindly head people check the branch. As ur owner says y pricely in a2b... he should have seen that plate....he himself would have apologised...as a2b fan I'm just posting these for betterment of...
