Worst experience ever from this RESTAURANT MANAGER. Worst service ever receiclved.

We have visited this place just for the brand name and had the worst experience ever from a restaurant ever. The so called manager here does not have the slightest manners and culture and treats their customers as they claim for free food or something.

We have requested for Biriyani peices, as one of us cannot have rice due to some health reason (And we don't wish to waste the rice). The manager straight away refused to place the order and started ignoring us. Finally, we decided to order biriyani hoping we get some decent peices in Biriyani. When the order came, they have put two very small pieces (not sure if they selected such peices intentionally as per the direction from the so called restaurant manager).

After finding this, we have requested for some additional peices and told that we are ready to pay. The waiter we spoke to, agreed and we waited for the order to arrive. Even after 10 minutes, we haven't received the order. We called the waiter and he said restaurant manager asked not to give any additional peices to us. At the same time, the table next to us received additional peices as per their request.

What do you think you are doing Mr.Restaurant manager?? Are you a RACIST? or something? Or do we look like someone who doesn't deserve to have food from your restaurant.

We asked this rude person that we need to talk with any senior here and he told - "I am the manager and there is no one above me here. If you want to talk, talk to me. All the orders go through me and and you won't be served with additional peices". What the hell?? Even after we agreed to pay additionallly for complete Biriyani price for few additional peices, this rude man bahaved to us as if we are his slaves. How did he even qualify for tis job with such behavior.

ANYONE SEEING THIS FROM THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT, BEWARE AND MARK MY WORDS. YOUR BRAND NAME IS GETTING TARNISHED BECAUSE OF EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM.

And we have decided not to visit any of your restaurant chain and will make sure this incident reach as many...

Do not prefer some items which i mentioned in here people. I am sharing my today dine in experience and including takeaway foods' reviews.Chicken koththu patotta(as a take away) is not chicken parotta. Puli kolamba vechchu koththu panni yemaathureengala?don't try to fool people.if this can't be taken care immediately I can go to any extent.i need an answer and the remedial action taken,if any ,after viewing this feedback comment.Also only 2 chicken pieces in that(very very small like a groundnut). Also fish fingers(dine in (converted as take away)) is not fresh,some fowl smell and also seems like it is not fresh making it uncomfortable while eating. Overall service and ambience is good, but compromising in food quality and fooling people is not at all fair. Sadly disappointed .......Also ventilation is not suffice in open hall ....much more to say but overall disappointed.....kindly do not prefer koththu parotta and fish finger..and I do not guarantee other dishes as well as I didn't tried all...one more point to highlight, the waiting time is quite long ,surely it will be 30+minutes...

Please don't try a biriyani from this restaurant. It's utter waste for the money you are paying. I went to this restaurant with a good expectation sincr one of my friends from Karur told me to try in this restaurant. t's one of the worst biriyani I had ever from a chain restaurant in my life. If you order a kheema biriyani, you'll get four pieces of chicken or mutton in the exact size of a goli with some rice which is prepared with some masala and it's price is really high. Same is applicable for all other kinds of food. Quantity is very less and price is too high. Service is too late and there's no neatness in the wash room too. It seems that it's not cleaned up for over a month. It's really yuck to see the wash basin faucet. It's not washed for several months. And finally, there's no parking facility nearby the restaurant. So you need to park your vehicle some where away from the restaurant and have to take a long walk by enjoying the fragrance coming from the drainage. It's not at all up to the standard of a chain restaurant which is supposed to give good food and service. It's written out of my own experience while I travelled from Kumily to Bangalore. So if you don't want to waste your money. Don't go there......
