Abookka Makkaani_Cafe in Vadakara — Restaurant in Kerala

The Abukka Mahani fusion Cafe was a let down because I am a big fan of their original "Abukka Makhani" where the food, ambience, service was in perfect synergy. In the Fusion Cafe there synergy was missing. The food is decent but service on the first floor is a total disaster. The Air-conditioning is literally missing. I missed the energy of their parent restaurant which is less than a stone throw away.

I was with my wife we ordered a chicken burger which was forgettable which was frozen patties which can be bought in any supermarket along with 4-5 pieces of French Fries. Why do they give just 4 or 5 fries is beyond me is not why we go to a restaurant of Cafe. The shawarma was ok. It was to expected taste and flavour. The Tea was very good.

The service is very very very slow. It took more than 1/2 hour for the food to reach the table. The lack of air-conditioning added to the misery. For me the experience was forgettable but for the shawarma and the tea.

I request the management to tell the staff to be serious of their service if not the good will built by your original branch...

Absolutely nothing to say negative... I have visited one or two times it was an excellent experience with the team Abookka Makkani. Really they experts and keeping customer care very well at the top most level. I think they are enthusiastic in upcoming business trends. I really like their Tea, it's the best in town. They are popular with Shawarma and other chicken items. They are selling drinking water in their own name and brand Abookka Makkani drinking water.
