Today i used to visit this restaurant with my friends by 10 o'clock at night and placed an order of alfam manthi after a while it got served, The rice 🍚 was very very wet like washed or steemed the pre cooked rice .its very hot but not at all fresh 🤒 it literally feels like porridge ("കഞ്ഞി ") all the Aroma and flavourings are lost. The alfam piece is also very poor and its outer skin is well burnt but the inner meat is rarely cooked or not cooked at all. The food was not tasty. We ordered kuzhumanthi, alfam and a chicken noodles everything has no salt. Alfaham’s masala was not good and mayonnaise has an another taste, the chicken is not fresh. Kuzhimanthi is not tastes like a typical kuzhimanthi its just an average kuzhimanthi chicken in it taştes like boiled without salt . Totally wasted money. I don’t suggest this restaurant for anybody , there’s many more good restaurants in Thodupuzha . The food is good and tasty. I've liked their Mandi ever since they started. But I wouldn't say it's the best Mandi available in Thodupuzha. Customer service is also okay. One problem I faced is that, if you sit upstairs, if it's not crowded you might feel suffocation, as their ACs are not properly working. It is problematic at these peak hours of heat.
