Inadequate staff. Been there on a Sunday evening. They had 3 staffs, but I had a great waiting for table service. So I been to the counter and collected whatever I needed. Last week 01/05/22 I bought a praline vanila cake costing 800 rupees ,previously it was good but this time I was totally disappointed very hard cake pieces and the ghee used I feel very low quality and cream used was also not good .I think it was very old .very bad experience..please ensure whether it is fresh...

I first bought the Ann's chicken roll in 1997, and since then their quality has fallen tremendously. Any id their "chicken" sandwiches or rolls are now just mayonnaise cabbage rolls with barely any chicken. Same goes for their hard pastries. It's best to avoid them now. So many more good...
