During our journey from Ernakulam to Kayamkulam, we found ourselves frequenting this eatery, and overall, the experience was quite positive.

The drinking water, infused with a delightful mix of spices was a refreshing start to our meal. The meals, in general, were good, with a special mention for the fish curry, which stood out in terms of taste.

The restaurant, being located on NH, makes parking a breeze, a significant advantage for travelers. However, it's worth noting that the place tends to be heavily crowded, and securing a seat might require a bit of patience during peak hours.

A much awaiting food stop is a delight for any traveller on the roads!! Apsara stands out to testifying the above statement on the Kochi Kanyakumari Highway, when a traveller is almost lost thinking and searching for a decent food stop. Places nect to the highway on the left side, while proceeding to Kanyakumari, this food point can be easily spotted. Adequate parking right in the front of the hotel, relieves the driver's tension to get out of the cockpit quickly. The newly refurbished interiors though simple gives a very relaxing yet refreshing feel while stepping inside on the very first moment. The colour theme, which the outlet has followed for the walls and their furnitures( read metallic) really suits well. The walls are done up with nice quotes and latest movie posters on either sides respectively. The restrooms is a tension free relieving room with cleanliness at its best. However, the cherry on the cake is the food in itself, with decnet varieties of non-vegetarian options all mouth watering without compromising on the quantity at affordable rates. Superb hygience. I used confidently feed my son, even when he was 1-1.5 years old from this hotel. Trusted to the core

Near the cash counter , you will see a scale and hanging wooden dome kind of a thing. Indigenous idea to check the water level of overhead tank.

You can get into the kitchen and see the cleanliness for yourself.

Several times I have seen the owner carefully purchasing ingredients of the best quality.

Occasionally you will see him cleaning the desk too. Such a simple person.

Owner eats from his own hotel , in the regular set of plates in which they serve to customers, a rare scene to be seen across restaurants.
