Disappointing Experience at Aryaas, Thiruvankulam

I'm still fuming as I write this review. I started my Eid morning with high hopes, ordering breakfast from Aryaas, Thiruvankulam. My order consisted of 2 ghee roast dosas, 1 plain dosa, and 6 uzhunuvadas. However, when I opened the parcel, I was shocked to find only 3 vadas instead of 6! That's a loss of ₹45!

To make matters worse, the ghee roast dosas were a letdown. They were neither crispy nor flavorful, leaving me wondering if I'd been served three plain dosas instead. The fact that I didn't bother to check the parcel before leaving the hotel is a mistake I'll regret.

What's even more disappointing is that the elderly lady handed me the parcel, she even mentioned the 6 uzhunuvadas, despite only 3 being present. It's clear that attention to detail is not a priority here.

Aryaas used to be a reputable name, but experiences like this are tarnishing their reputation. I've attached a photo of my bill as proof. Unless they revamp their service and quality, I'd advise others to think twice before ordering from Aryaas,...

The people here are least bothered to take orders. When me and my family walked in, there were 3-4 people at the reception (probably friends or workers) chit chatting with each other, 2 waiters were standing at the food counter, and all of them were just weirdly staring at us making us uncomfortable, and there were no other customers at that time, it was around 7:30 PM on a Wednesday. We had to literally call the waiter for him to come to us and tell us what was available as there was no menu at the table. The waiter was least interested and he was not even speaking properly and we had to probe him to find out what else was available apart from what he told us. We just left without eating though we were hungry because It was a pathetic experience. If the management is reading this, please educate your staff about how to treat customers, tell them not to stand and stare at them, tell them to go take the order without customers having to wait even when there are no other customers...

I must say it was a pleasant experience. While the menu didn't offer a wide range of choices, I decided to try the Ghee Roast dosa, and I was not disappointed. The dosa was delicious, and the chutneys served alongside were excellent, adding a burst of flavors to the meal. But the potatoes 🥔 are not mashed properly.

the friendliness of the servers and good parking space, added to the overall positive experience. It's worth noting that it was their first day of operation, and despite that, they had a significant number of visitors, which is a good sign for the restaurant's future. But it didn’t keep up since then.

If you're looking for a place with good dosas and friendly service, this new restaurant is definitely worth a visit,

If the place is crowded then opt for another place because there is only one waiter to manage 10tables. This is after...

It’s shameful that we follow idiocracy and rush into all pure veg restaurants that don’t deserve to operate, with their feeling of being supreme and serving food the way they wish. Today I bought food from this restaurant for the first time due to its name assuming it to deliver similarly. Ordered 3 Ghee Masala Dosa, a set of Vada and 2 sets of Poori Masala. The ghee masala dosas turned out to be usual plain dosas with no masala and no ghee. There was no sambar either for the dosa or the Vada. Adding to the nonsense was the content of their Chutney (see photos) for 3 dosas, 2 vada and poori - Horrendous loot and the only thing that was in excess was the water in the Bhaji where one will need to fetch and dive to get one small piece of potato. Wonder how can they bluff all the people who enter this place with just a name and serving nonsense
