Truly disappointing. No proper response from staff. The food was pathetic. We ordered coffee and unnakaya from the outside counter. Then we placed an order for shawarma too. Elachi was added to milk so the coffee was not tasting good.unnakaya was kinda okay. When we tried to pay there, they asked us to pay inside. So we went inside to pay. Before taking the bill we asked them to add an ice cream, the cashier said they didn't have ice cream, but the person looked like the manager said we may have ice cream scoops. So I asked him to add a vanilla scoop. But then he said without even checking that there is no ice cream. So we asked for a shake which was written on today's special board, but they said they do not have that shake. Then we ordered some Coco shake after clarifying whether it is made of chocolate flavour. They said yes but when we had it in the car only we came to know it is a tender coconut shake with lots of choco chips in it. We were accompanied by our daughter, she is 3 yrs. Just for giving that shake they made us wait long. Meantime we could see one employee happily enjoying some shake at the cafe side, chit chatting with few other staffs where our shake was kept on hold for no reason.So I tried approaching that manager again. He said very rudely that the shake preparation will take more than 15 minutes. But I told him it's more than 15 minutes now. He didn't even show the courtesy to respond. He just walked away. After the long wait for the shake, we went to the outside counter for our shawarma. No staff was there, again we came inside enquiring about the shawarma. The shawarma master smiled and said I have given your shawarma inside. We have ordered as take away then how he can serve us inside. No one bothers. And the shawarma was the worst one I ever had in my life. And also when we tried to give that shake to our girl, the straw they have given is for juice with which we cannot drink shake, that choco chips and all got blocked. Again my husband went inside asking for the shake straw, they said they don't have. He asked for a disposable spoon, again the same answer, we do not have. If I am not wrong, they have charged more than 200 rs for that shake and this is the outcome. And also the shake was given the plastic juice glass, there was no ice cream scoop which was very well we clarified with them before placing the order. We ordered this shake just because our daughter wanted to have an ice cream and that was not available over there. So I asked the manager if the ice cream scoop would be there or not, he said yes. But actually we didn't receive it. None of the employees were concerned about customer care. Even if the manager is such a person, how staff will act differently. We left our place which is 50kms away just to visit the beach to spend an evening, but these people spoiled our evening. Our child got annoyed, we reached the beach late and what more to say. We lost our money, we lost our self esteem and the entire trip flopped. A small request to the owners, please train your staff and make them aware that the customers time and money also have value. We recently celebrated our twins birthday party at Autograph , and it turned out to be an absolutely delightful experience! It looks to be small from outside but it’s pretty spacious and more than enough for our 50+ members party. From the moment we walked in, the attention to detail and exceptional service made us feel special.

Decorations & Ambience :- The party arrangements were stunning! The team had beautifully decorated the space with elegant balloons and banners. The lighting added a warm, festive charm to the atmosphere, creating the perfect backdrop for photos and celebrations. The team really went above and beyond to make the venue look special for the occasion with Frozen theme.

Food :- The food was an absolute highlight of the evening. The menu offered a fantastic variety, from appetizers to desserts, and every dish was delicious. Guests couldn’t stop praising the quality and presentation of the food. The starters were perfectly seasoned, the main courses were flavorful, and the desserts—especially the fruit salad with ice cream —were divine.

Service :- The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, polite, and well-coordinated throughout the event. They ensured every guest was comfortable, and dishes were refilled promptly.

The Manager’s Role :- A special mention to the manager, Nithesh , who ensured everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction made a world of difference. They checked in regularly to ensure we were happy and even helped us to pack the leftover cakes to all the guests in boxes.

Final Thoughts :- Autograph restaurant provided an unforgettable birthday experience that exceeded all our expectations. From the tasteful decorations to the outstanding food and warm service, every element was flawlessly executed.
