The place is average. But not too bad for the given price. The review below is based on the twin bed room. Not sure about the other rooms.

Walkable distance to temple, which is really good at this cost. Decent washrooms. Cleanliness is not that good. You'll find stains of blood from mosquitos on the walls. You may also find stains of food (that's what the guy on front office said) on the bed sheets. The mosquito bites are unbelievable. You better keep some coils or machine with you if you plan to reach by 9pm or so. Else you'll have to search for a shop and buy it yourself as I did on my visit. You may find the number given in front office getting unanswered when you call them for assistance. Weird! I had to bug the guy who's number was given in the booking service...

Absolutely terrible service. I called in the morning and tried to book a room but the guy kept insisting that i dont need to book now. I had told him that we would only check in late night after 12, which is why i think he was persistent on us to not book a room. If we reach post 12 we would have no option but to buy whatever room they say they have at whatever prices. It has happened to us before, which is why we tried to book ahead. I think the guy was trying to scam us into buying the more expensive rooms like always. Typical guruvayoor hotelier attitude. I recommend we book online and a few days before we get there to avoid...

Service is not good, very rude behaviour by the hotel staff, They collect your original aadhar card and keeping it unlocked, when questioned about the safety of the adhar card, he tries to take away the room key, very barbarian behaviour, he does not even gives you a receipt when he collects the original card , Rooms are absolutely worst, unhygienic , used soap lying around with hairs , was not cleaned properly walls wer dripping. the only plus is its nearest to guruvayur temple however i strongly advice not to...
