The place is utterly unorganized, with untrained staff and ridiculously overpriced food. We arrived at 2:30 PM and were made to wait endlessly, only to be served undercooked, subpar food. The staff seemed more interested in everything but attending to customers. Basic hygiene was missing not even clean water to wash our hands and mouth. We were on a family trip, and this experience truly killed the vibe, especially for the kids.
