The burger took 1hr to be cooked. Soup was a very flop one.Tasted like a chana curry. Pasta was okayishh.
Response to the owner- Its compleletly my wish and freedom to decide if i should be responding and reviewing both good and bad things online. I need not explain why regarding this.
Finishing a soup doesnt mean we "relished" it.We had to finish it keeping in mind the worst scenerio of "wasting food". We even finished the burger keeping the same in mind.
Please check the arrogancy and attitude of staff towards us before commenting on your customer's arrogance.Upon enquiring why the burger takes an hour, your staff's attitude was like "its coz of the rush". To understand the rush,You may check the cctv visuals to understand that we were the only customer there at the time of ordering and the next ones came atleast after 10 - 15 mins. If you cant manage the rush or the KOT properly, please appoint enough staffs or please let the customers know you are weak in managing order even if its "one" customer dining in. You get what you give. You staff gets what they give too.
And most importantly, We talked to the staff before leaving the cafe to tell them the review and what actually went bad. Upon understanding from the attitude of staff that they didnt take our word seriously,we made a call in the number available on google to let the owner know the review. This call was made just because this is a place we visit on a daily basis for coffee and snacks. Even after all these events,we visited the bakes yesterday as usual to get some quick eats. This review was to make you understand the food and attitude of the staff went wrong that time, and not for you take it personally and act arrogant towards the review.
Attaching below the photo of bill incase you want to cross check the cctv visuals of time, the rush in the cafe,or the phone call i made with the...

I recently visited this cafe and, unfortunately, had a very underwhelming experience. To start with, the food quality was just average—nothing impressive or worth a second visit.
What made it worse was the unpleasant smell lingering in the dining area, which made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. But the biggest letdown was the staff’s behavior, especially one particular staff member who acted as if we had walked into his house uninvited to ask for food. His attitude was rude and dismissive throughout.
There was an old menu placed on our table, and I naturally started looking through it to decide my order. He noticed me going through it the whole time, but only after I made a choice did he tell me, with clear irritation, that “nothing from that menu is available” because it’s outdated. If he was aware of it being the wrong menu, he could’ve informed me earlier instead of watching silently.
Overall, a very disappointing visit, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options out there with good service and a welcoming atmosphere—this was certainly not...

In a city where I find good salad options as hard to come by, Besto Cafe fills that void with a diverse selection of wholesome salads. I personally recommend the ‘Healthy Signature Salad’ for vegetarians and ‘Cobb Salad’ for non-vegetarians.
This underrated cafe is a standout spot for not just their selection of bakery items and pastries but also the variety of multi-cuisine dishes available on their menu. Their menu caters to a wide range of preferences, ensuring there's something for everyone at a reasonable price.
Equally satisfying is the service. The staff at Besto Cafe exude care and attentiveness to make your experience enjoyable.
For anyone seeking a relaxed atmosphere, quality dining experience, and a menu that transcends boundaries, Besto Cafe is the place to visit. With their new menu coming up, I wish for a more promising...
