This place has officially become my top spot for Kuzhi Mandi! I recently tried their honey glazed alfam with mandi rice, and let me tell you, it was an absolute revelation. 1/5 - Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Service
I'm extremely disappointed with the service at Capital BBQ Amala. Despite their delicious food, the staff's attitude and incompetence have driven me away - not once, not twice, but multiple times.
My latest visit on 20.12.2024 was the final straw. I placed my order directly with the cashier at 10 pm, as the servers seemed too busy to attend to me. The cashier asked me to wait, but after 30 minutes, customers who arrived after me received their food.
When I inquired about my order, the cashier had already forgotten about it. Unbelievable! I left the restaurant hungry and frustrated.
The food may be great, but the staff's lack of attention, poor communication, and disorganization have ruined the experience. Until they improve their service, I would not recommend Capital BBQ Amala to anyone.

Not at all recommended for Takeaway/Online order. I ordered Half Peri peri Alfaham mandhi through Swiggy and my experience was extremely bad. Mandhi rice was overcooked and It felt like they mixed some other rice along with it.🤷🏼 Mayonnaise was definitely not fresh and they literally provided Tomato chutney which is used for Dosa!! Alfaham chicken was alright I need to admit that. I did call the restaurant and the guy provided a resolution for me which is even worse! He said he can give me another portion of Mandhi rice as a compensation for this issue if I'm willing to travel to the restaurant instead of a partial refund!
