Ceylon Bake House - Muvattupuzha — Restaurant in Kerala

A little hard to find from the street as the restaurant itself is hidden at the back of a tall shopping complex. We have to carefully look for the signboard placed in the entrance side of main road.

Front side Parking space is a bit small in capacity, however,they have ample underground parking space available.

Service wise and ambience wise ,this would be probably one of the best in town with all premium bells and whistles. Staffs are very supportive and friendly.

We have had a fried rice with chilly chicken with a glass of mintlime at the end.

Taste wise ,the food was really delicious. Chilly chicken was top notch. The only minor downside i felt was that the quantity was a little less compared to other restaurants.

Finally price is the only part that makes us slightly uncomfortable as most of these dishes were priced higher than most of the competitive restaurants in the area. For eg: a plate of chicken biryani costs around 160 which is nearly 20-30rs more than the average price figures in this region.

To be frank, Some of the price figures like 200rs for a plate of mixed noodles also felt a bit high for me.

Anyway budget is strictly subjective to each person's choice. Hence can't mark it as a big CON also.

Overall it was a nice experience.i would like to definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone about to dine in with...

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restuarent. Unfortunately, the evening did not meet my expectations, and I feel compelled to share my feedback.

The dishes were either overcooked or undercooked, and lacked flavor. One of the main course was named a dragon alfam, but sure they don't know how the original alfham looks like and taste like. Then come chicken chilly. 232 rs chicken chilly name is Ceylon special chicken chilly which is like having garbages serving as Food with special name. Also the pot served was 50% space and rest was the basements. Seems you are selling the pot to us but later came to know that it's the nature of service there.

Only thing Fried rice was seems ok when comparing with other dishes.

At last arrived watermelon juice, which is another tragedy chapter. Main concern, you served the water melon juice which is bad quality to our kids and when we pointed out that, your extra obidient service men said it's our fault to have the juice of that is bad. And they can refurbished with good one.

What you guys are thinking about customers. I bet, no body who knows me and known to me will not enter into this restaurant further more. If you are considering this feedback constructive and can solve these rebushiness , then can survive...

Expensive avg food, i was there for having biriyani with my family, first they say they don't have biriyani anything else we required they can arrange, and we are not ready to order anything else, and disappointedly we are try to leave the place, at that time they said they have biriyani, what I'm trying to say if i order a biriyani it cost 200+tax there( already it's a high amount) normally if I'm having a biriyani i don't want any more food, what they are trying to do is if i order chappathi+curry it cost more than 250 per person (1chapathi 30/- rupees🥵),they try to compell us to buy something else in a different way, if a family enter a restaurant and try to order something and it's not available there they will order something else, and that strategy not work in our case only then they willing to give biriyani... My review Not loyal to customer... High bill charges, low quality of food and customer service... I won't go...
