Situated near VB Cinemas in Thriprayar, along the NH Guruvayoor to Kodugaloor route The Chai copa have minimal parking may pose a challenge during peak hours. I found the food offerings to be average, with some hits and misses. While the cold coffee impressed on some occasions, it fell short on others. Main issue I got was the service. During one visit, I endured a wait of over 30 minutes for a simple lime juice, despite the shop being relatively quiet. The lack of attention from staff at the take-away counter was disappointing, leaving much to be desired in terms of efficiency and customer care. I visited this place around 3 AM in search of some snacks after having skipped lunch earlier in the day. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The food that was served to me was cold, and to make matters worse, the establishment did not have a properly functioning oven to reheat it. For a food outlet, serving items that are not fresh or at least warmed appropriately creates a very poor impression.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that, at such late hours, this was one of the few places open, and I had hoped for at least a basic, satisfactory meal. Instead, it turned out to be an unpleasant experience that fell far short of expectations.

I sincerely hope that the management takes this issue seriously and works on ensuring that food is served hot, fresh, and in proper condition.
