Chicking — Restaurant in Kerala

This is my personal opinion.No offence I always like to eat one or two chicken Piece. There is taste but no consistency. Once when I was eating fried chicken, I got the masala that they had applied during the marination process. Staffs behaviour are not up to the mark. There is no systematic proper behaviour towards customers. Look even I am buying a product worth rupees of 90 they have to show some respect. It was like if you want, come and buy whatever you want. And the funniest thing is, there is two option, If you are buying a chicken piece on your choice it is 95 and on their choice, it is 84. How pathetic is this option?

Another thing is, Sometimes chicken will not be there and it will be in the cooking process. But when we ask how much time it will take to cook or delivered, they will ask to order.No reply about time. After the billing process only they will tell us like it will take 15/20minutes. Look this is not a hotel to order a dish and make. The chicken piece is a common thing they have to prepare when...

Service here is pathetic. Not recommended.

Ordered 8pc meal + chicking rice for home delivery (which is not even 400meters away from y mall). They informed me they'll deliver in 20mins, I called them after 20mins and they said "Thee ippo deliver cheiyam" (will be delivered in a while) 20 mins passed, called them again and they say "Didn't we tell that it'll take 1hr to deliver? Delivery staff is not available". This was the most pathetic service I've ever encountered in a big chain like Chicking.

I cancelled the order from chicking and placed a similar kind of order from FFC, Thriprayar. Was delivered in 20mins and also tastes way better...

One of the worst experience I just had in Ymall Chicking. Ordered 4Burgers, one medium fry and a coke, checked with staff how much time it will take as ushall got answer 15 min, after 20 min checked with staff mentioned 2 min waited another 10min.
