One star for service! Visited here for dine in only to wait at the table for 10 mins without anyone stoping by to take the order and then pushed myself to place a take away order and had been waiting for over 30 mins now with no sense of the ETA...despite multiple follow ups ... Btw, I had to clear and clean the tables myself to make sure my 1 year old twins could be seated

Spicy and Crispy Chicken... Service is a bit delayed.. Palatable Crispy fried chicken... Both the quality and quantity seems decent...👍🏻 They are getting orders a the table and which is so delayed. After taking orders also we have to wait around 30 minutes to get our dishes. 👎🏻 Sufficient parking is available near the restaurant.

The food is good. But the atmosphere is bad. I visited this place 2 times and I felt a bad service. Its take a lot of time to take the order and get the order. The service people dont show a professional approach to their service. I felt the service is like how a local shop service could have.

It takes ages to get the food prepared. And finally for bill payment, they ask for cash or Gpay saying the POS machine has drained the battery. I had to insist on card payment finally. This is a very popular brand and still no streamlined process in serving the customer. Not sure if it is a problem with this branch or if Chicking behaves the same way everywhere. Expected a far better...

Actually I'm really confused with this. I ordered twice from here. Once using the delivery app and other time takeaway. By using delivery app, everything was good, price was normal and the food was tasty but last time i tried takeaway everything went upside down. Cost increased, food was not good, tissue was missing, wrong items. So i don't know what's wrong. It maybe due to...
