Terrible Experience at KFC – Poor Service & Unprofessional Staff

I had a very bad experience at KFC. The staff's attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking.

When I approached the counter and asked about the day's offers, the staff member simply pointed to the display board without any explanation. I then decided to order a 10-piece bucket and asked about the count and type of chicken pieces. To my surprise, he casually said he didn’t know, mentioning that it “depends on the staff picking the pieces.” A well-known brand like KFC not having a standard measurement system is unbelievable!

The worst part was during the payment. I opted to pay by card, and while handing me the machine, either I or the staff accidentally pressed the back button. Immediately, he blamed me, saying the payment was canceled and insisted that I pay in cash instead. I didn’t have my wallet with me at that moment, so I requested to cancel and reorder. Shockingly, he refused and told me to go to an ATM and withdraw money! Is it my need to buy from KFC, or does KFC need customers?

At last, my friend had to pay for me. Throughout the experience, the staff treated us like beggars rather than valued customers. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I won’t be visiting this outlet again. KFC seriously needs to train their staff on customer service and...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at KFC in Y Mall, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The aroma of their signature broasted chicken wafted through the air, immediately whetting my appetite. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff added to the overall wonderful experience.

The highlight, of course, was the broasted chicken. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside – it was a true masterpiece of flavor and texture. The blend of spices was just right, giving every bite that irresistible KFC taste I've come to crave.

The menu offered a variety of options. Moreover, the efficient service and cleanliness of the restaurant were noteworthy. The staff seemed genuinely eager to ensure a satisfying dining experience, and the cleanliness of the establishment added to my sense of comfort.

You need a lot of patience to order food at the KFC here. She didn't mention the Wednesday offer when I asked about it. Only after I showed her the message I received from KFC about the Wednesday offer did she agree and tell me about it.
