Chicking — Restaurant in Kerala

Very bad experience from one of the chicking staffs (ASWATHY) in LULU MALL TRIVANDRUM.She welcome me in a rude behaviour moreover i wanna ask the store manager mr. Mohammad Ashiq and the AREA MANAGER MR vineesh why you are hiring these kind of useless staff furthermore what you get in this staff?one of my friends had the same experience from the same staff. If we asked about any doubt she just insult the customers and if she doesn't know why you guys are assigning her on pos, moreover she doesn't know how to behave politely and she doesn't even say sorry also.And why she act like she is the owner of chicking and she use the words like ( angott mari nikku, enik ipol order edukan pattilla). I wanna ask mr Ashiq what are you doing there and who gave you the store manager position if you doesn't know how trained a staff, and how to treat a customer.if you continue this staff in your you will be loss sale and the customer...

Visited Chicking at Lulu Mall, Trivandrum twice with family during our August vacation and both times were absolutely great!

The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and polite, which made a big difference. Their welcoming behavior made us want to return again and we’re glad we did!

The chicken dishes were really tasty, far better than KFC in our opinion. I didn’t try the mutton, but everything we had was delicious. The yellow rice with grilled chicken, served in a beautiful pot, was a highlight, super flavorful and satisfying.

The outlet was very clean and well-maintained, and it was really convenient to have their own wash area too.

A big thank you to the staff for their excellent service. And to the management... please keep up the good work! We truly enjoyed our time here. Definitely will...

Worst ever service that I had experienced from the staff.

I was in a hurry and had requested the cashier to offer me dishes that would consume 10 mins only to prepare and I had opted for the one's as suggested by the cashier however to my dismay all the dishes took half an hour to prepare and I had to literally shout at the person handling parcel out section.

Found bones in the chicken pop corn which is utterly dissappointing.. KFC does not serve popcorn with bones and their taste is far superior than Chicking.

Overall KFC is much much superior in service and taste of crispy fried chickens, rice & pop corns when compared to Chicking which is trying to compete very hard however things wouldn't improve unless the attitude of the staff with the dishes that are served improves upto a...
