Subway Lulu Thiruvananthapuram — Restaurant in Kerala

One of the worst subway outlet visited till date. I have been fan of subway but with this experience will never go back to this one again. First on ordering the guy raised the bill initially itself. Never pay before!!! The guy just took out a bread of his choice he said it is non customisable which came as a surprise - no choice of bread , cheese ( he added some liquid stuff) , no veggies ( only tomatoes n capsicum) , some stupid sauces of their choice adding some mayos not even enquiring which sauce the customer wants. I used to visit various Subway outlets in Delhi and Goa and was a subway fan until I visited the subway in lulu mall Thiruvananthapuram. Here, apparently our choice of bread is perpetually out of stock and the staff is rude compared to their usual behaviour of the subway staff. On top of it, I made the mistake of ordering a so-called 'hotseller' which is not customisable (read not even basic cheese, scant veggies - only capsicum and tomato and no option to choose sauces). I’d never tried Subway stuff so when I saw literally no customer on the counter (though the other counters were brimming with customers), I thought of giving it a try as I had heard a lot about “Subway”.

I bought a tandoori wrap (whatever it’s officially called). It costed ₹303. They added some tandoori sauce, a piece of chicken, 2 strips of capsicum and onions inside a piece of a long bun (again whatever it’s officially called), mustard sauce and a couple of other sauces that I didn’t recognise.
