Please add "സംഭാരം" to your menu. It will be much better than your current menu. It's an absolute disgrace to witness the youngsters of this town waste their time waiting in queues to get their hands on this garbage, even after they have already paid for it. These same youngsters don't have the patience to navigate Indian roads. All the mocktails tastes like there's "tiger biscuit/(to be fair)Parle G" in them. Especially that ferrero rocher, it had nothing but tiger biscuit in it. All those students visiting Desi Cuppa please remember you are availing the benefit of bus concession. You are spending close to 50₹ every week for this unhealthy lifestyle. I don't blame the franchise for this pathetic situation. • A huge varities of Shakes and juices have been served here and recently they have also started shawarma • Descent rates • But 0% Quality • The Quality is decreasing day by day • Most of the fancy named items on the menu are tasteless, too sweet, too milky and some of them tastes the same too • I tried almost everything but the experience was disappointing •

All the drinks are infused with some essence by adding huge amount of ice • But its the main hangout space for students • I don't understand the hype that's with these Lassi shops •

An outlet of Desi cuppa brand located just besides Irinjalakuda Bus station. Prices for the items are reasonable. Shop is also pretty much hygienic. There is also good seating capacity in the store unlike the others which are usually congested. The time taken for the delivery of the ordered items was also reasonable and the staff appeared to be also well mannered. One drawback of the store is that they doesn't accept neither credit card or debit card, wish they introduce e this facility at the earliest.
