Dosa Hut — Restaurant in Kerala

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your establishment. During my two-day trip, I encountered situations that were far from satisfactory. The behavior exhibited by your staff, particularly the owner, was unacceptable. The incident where food was thrown at us because we requested a cancellation was highly unprofessional and left a lasting negative impression.

As a customer, I believe that respect and understanding are essential in any service industry. Such experiences do not reflect positively on your business and I felt compelled to bring this to your attention. I would appreciate it if steps are taken to ensure that such behavior is not repeated with other patrons...

Sorry......it's not a veg restaurant.... Actually, you name a nonveg dish and they may be able to get it for you... when I asked as to why they called it veg restaurant....all I got was a tough mocking arrogant smile.... Ambiance is hopelessly bad. Crowd was also inappropriate....don't go there with family. And yes....please take some tissue papers with you when you go there as they don't provide the same. If you insist and ask for it, they provide pieces of old newspaper in replacement.... Visit the place at...

Nice little place to try dosa varieties. Btw, they have items apart from Dosa like biriyani, parotta etc. Tried their dosa chicken and yeah, it was good. They give chilli chutney along with dosa, the combination I remember having during my childhood. Prices are cheap. Seating is less and when we visited it was not crowded. Owner is a nice person.
