My father stood up immediately and gave the keys when asked,no hesitation, no argument. The real problem was your server shouting at us rudely in Hindi/Kannada in front of everyone. That kind of behaviour is unacceptable anywhere in the world, especially in hospitality. Even if the car was parked incorrectly, is it our responsibility to wait around endlessly for security? Absolutely not. It is your staff’s duty to manage parking smoothly and, above all, to treat customers with respect. Instead of addressing this misbehaviour, your response tries to shift blame onto us and even lectures us about “doing business.” If you truly understood business, you would know that hospitality runs on professionalism, courtesy, and accountability. Shouting at customers and then justifying it online is not how serious businesses operate. A simple apology would have been the mature response. Your defensiveness only proves the same lack of professionalism we experienced inside your restaurant. Here’s some advice, check the reviews about your staff’s behaviour and attitude, and do the needful to fix it instead of teaching paying customers about business online.
