3rd Sept 2025 : This place has become better by leaps and bounds. They have added a CAFE and a 3 Star Luxury Hotel to their existing infrastructure. The food is reasonably priced and the service excellent. What makes this place stand out is the hygiene standards in their washroom which has a Janitor who cleans the place literally after every use...it is spotlessly clean. Shiju, the Captain who waited on my table was EXCEPTIONALLY gracious , courteous and attentive. ALL KUDOS to Mr Rajesh the Customer Relations Manager who adds a VERY PERSONALISED touch by his charm and dynamism. JUBILEE is a STANDOUT Place in Sulthan Batheri !!! Highly Recommended !
By FAR one of the BEST Mid Scale Restaurants that I have EVER visited in INDIA ( And I have travelled acroos the Country ). What set this place APART from 90% of the SUB STANDARD Mid Scale Restaurants was the GENUINE Service Orientation of EVERY Employee - Heres My Explanation :
1). Mr Thomas, the Security Guard in the Parking Area - a Very Pleasant, Customer Service Oriented Middle Aged Gentleman directed me to a convenient parking slot, Opened the Passenger Door and ESCORTED us to the Entrance - He was NOT EXPECTING a TIP - He was simply an ENGAGED Employee DOING HIS JOB. 2). Mr Shijo, the Captain MET, GREETED and SEATED us and immediately Served Water - the CORRECT Sequence. He gently guided us through our Meal Order whilst tactfully employing suggestive selling techniques. It worked and the bill was worth Rs 700 ( Thats an Average Per Person of Rs 350 - Not Bad at all !!! ). Mr Shijo even OFFERED to SERVE the Main Dish for us !!! UNCOMMON Indeed !!! 3). The Employee who served the meal was Mr Raju - he Made EYE CONTACT and SMILED at us. His Table Service was IMPECCABLE and he was SUBTELY Very ATTENTIVE to our table - replenishing the Water Glasses and inquiring if there was anything that we required. What IMPRESSED me the MOST was that after finishing our meal, Mr Raju cleared the dishes and LEFT the Water Glasses and thereafter immediately proceeded to serve Toothpicks and Mouth Freshner. UNCOMMON Indeed !!! I TIPPED them Rs 100 !!! Thats HOW IMPRESSED I was. 4). I was Pleasantly SHOCKED to observe that the Washroom / Toilet was SPOTLESSLY Clean and ODOURLESS.....I realised WHY ? There was a " Washroom Attendant" whose ONLY JOB is to keep the place CLEAN !!! TRULY AMAZING and VERY VERY Uncommon for 90% of Indian Midscale Restaurants which NEVER EVER Get this IMPORTANT Service Right !!!! 5). Here's the BEST Part : As we exited, there was a Monsoon Drizzle and the Kindly Mr Thomas was there offering us HIS Large Umbrella!!!! WOW !!!! I was so IMPRESSED and THANKED Him Profusely. I TIPPED Him only Rs 10 and in Hindsight, I WISH I had Tipped him Rs 50 ( maybe Next Time, I shall tip him Rs 100 to MAKE UP for the Shortfall ) 6). Finally, I wish to draw attention to the Fine Manager BEHIND such a Fantastic Dining Experience - Mr NASEEB. He came to our Table and inquired whether Everything was to our Satisfaction. On our way out Mr Naseeb THANKED us for our Patronage and INVITED us BACK to his Restaurant..... AGAIN : An UNCOMMON thing for 90% of Indian Midscale Restaurants whose Managers mostly WARM THEIR SEATS and DO NOTHING WORTHWHILE to ENHANCE either the Employee Experience OR the Customer Experience !!!!
DO NOT BAT AN EYELID and PATRONISE THE JUBILEE RESTAURANT...

Whether you're a local resident or a traveler exploring the beautiful surroundings of Wayanad, this place offers a perfect pit stop for a delicious meal. Here’s a detailed review of my experience at Jubilee:
Ambience & Parking: One of the first things that caught my attention was the ample parking space. In an area where parking can often be a challenge, Jubilee Restaurant has made sure that customers don’t have to worry about finding a spot, which is a huge plus, especially for families and larger groups.
The restaurant itself has a warm and inviting vibe, with clean interiors and well-arranged seating. It's simple yet pleasant, making it a comfortable space to enjoy a meal. The overall cleanliness of the place, including the washrooms, was commendable. A clean washroom is a big win, especially when traveling.
Staff & Service: The staff at Jubilee were friendly and attentive, adding a welcoming touch to the entire dining experience. Their service was quick and efficient, with no waiting time, which was impressive, considering many restaurants can keep you waiting, especially during peak hours. They made sure the table was set properly, and they were prompt in taking orders and serving food.
Food Quality: Now, on to the most important part – the food! I had the pleasure of trying a few dishes, and the flavors did not disappoint.
The beef roast was packed with flavors, well-cooked, and tender, offering a perfect balance of spices. This dish stood out as one of the highlights of the meal. The chicken pepper fry was equally delicious, with a good hit of pepper that elevated the overall taste. It had the right amount of heat, without overpowering the natural flavors of the chicken. Along with these, I also tried the appam. While it had the right texture, it was a little on the sour side, which could be a matter of personal preference. For some, this might be the desired taste, but I would have preferred a slightly milder sourness.
All in all, the food was tasty, and the portion sizes were generous. It's clear that the kitchen puts effort into maintaining high-quality dishes with authentic Kerala flavors.
Overall Experience: Despite the minor issue with the appam, my experience at Jubilee was very positive. The combination of good food, excellent service, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant makes it a place I would happily recommend. Whether you're craving a well-made beef roast or a spicy chicken dish, Jubilee Restaurant will not disappoint.
It's a great spot for both casual dining and family outings, and I’m sure I'll be...

We stopped by Jubilee Restaurant in Sultan Bathery last Sunday, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Easy to spot along the main road, the restaurant is part of a surprisingly expansive and well-planned complex, complete with ample parking—perfect for road-trippers or anyone trying to dodge the midday rush.
Despite arriving during peak lunch hours, we were greeted warmly and seated quickly. The staff was efficient, polite, and handled the busy crowd with calm professionalism. It’s rare to find such attentive service in a bustling local hotspot.
Now, the food: Their non-veg biryani options hit the mark, and the pathappicha porotta was rich, flaky, and perfectly paired with the curries. Seafood lovers, take note—fresh prawns and fish curry here are a must-try. We also sipped on chilled mint lemon juice that balanced the spices beautifully. Their beetroot and dates pickles (also sold separately at the counter) were a delightful surprise—icing on the cake.
The ambiance was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly polished for a place that sees such high foot traffic. Even the washrooms were spotless—a small but telling detail.
Tip: Arrive a little before the lunch rush or later in the evening if you prefer a quieter meal—you might still wait briefly, but it’s worth it.
For those curious, Jubilee isn’t just a restaurant—it’s practically a culinary hub. There’s a non-AC family space up front, an AC dining area inside, a cozy café tucked in the back, and even a premium restaurant upstairs. The same complex also includes Mesta Hotel for accommodation and a few small shops.
All in all, Jubilee delivers great flavour, good value, and a seamless experience. Highly recommended for families, foodies, and anyone passing through...
