EATO Food truck — Restaurant in Kerala

Not worth for the money... Shawarma flavor is very good but very small for the price Mini burger - the mayonnaise is good and 3 will get full with it but only because of the bun. There is no patty or chicken in it. It's not fried chicken it's fried outer covering that I got in burger. Instead of eating mini chicken burger I had mini oil buns with a good mayonnaise. Not worth for the visit or for the money. 790 inr I paid for my visit. And I think max 300-400 inr satisfaction only I got from the food My suggestion -

1. increase quantity of shawarma (as it was written double chicken but I didn't see it in shawarma)
2. give a proper mini fried piece of chicken in the mini burger. ( it was written offer price 350 instead of 500. I would never pay 500 for that ever) make it 500 but give a proper one. I never gives a bad review to any restaurant but I am there because I say this video and took my friends to have food at night. And it was my worst experience. Eato had been our go to place since our launch due to its affordability , great service and staff behaviour .. bt it seems like they started digging their on grave .. we got really disappointed in our last visit where the serving of food have drastically reduced and staff were rude when we asked about sauce which they used to serve with burger earlier .. they also increased the rate , it’s okey .. bt decreasing service quality along with increase in rate is not acceptable .. we are visiting again expecting the same or better service .. really disappointed and no more eato | one bad experience is good enough to stop visiting...
