Disappointing Experience at Farsa Vegetarian Restaurant

I usually prefer Farsa during my regular travels because of the quality of food and service. However, today I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at this Veg outlet in Manjeri.

I was made to wait for at least 15 minutes without being attended to, while others were served promptly. When I politely asked why I was being ignored, a young, tall staff member apparently a Malayalee—responded with rude body language and a dismissive attitude. I felt humiliated and experienced what seemed like clear partiality.

I initially considered taking legal action, as such behavior borders on racial discrimination. However, I have had several positive experiences with the Farsa brand in the past, which is why I am choosing not to proceed legally at this time.

Instead, I am writing to request that the management take this matter seriously and initiate appropriate action at the earliest to ensure such incidents do not...

The food is pretty great actually, but the customer service is not so much. They have this custom of bringing already made curry to the customer and tell them need any of those curry. If wanted they give the same one they showed that they had been carrying for a long time. And most of the time it's stupid cold and had went almost stale. Ones I asked the waiter if he could atleast bring me a warm one. He took the curry went to kitchen and after some time brought back the same literally the same cold thing as if I wouldn't notice. 😂😂. BUT this is not always the case. If it's a busy day you are surely to get hot. Especially in the morning they very good puri masala, masala dosa etc. And I really do the love...

BAD veg restaurant I have ever visited..... I'm a student of govt medical college , manjeri. Consumed sp masaladosa on one sunday eve. It caused severe diarrhoea , vomiting and gastritis for me.Thinking that the mushroom and cauliflower r kept in unhygiene conditions. Being a southkeralite I m cordially inviting the cook of the hotel veg farza to any of the local hotels of kollam or trivandrum. Kindly learn how to cook masaladosa. Learn how to prepare chadni. Shame on u people to have such a bad hotel......don't cheat the people like me who r strict vegetarians by serving...
