Visiting Ente Amma at Caritas Junction, Ettumanoor, was an experience that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this establishment prides itself on delivering a premium dining experience.
As a pure vegetarian restaurant, Ente Amma offers an impressive array of vegetarian dishes. The menu is extensive, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Whether you're in the mood for something traditional or looking to try a unique twist on a classic dish, there's something for everyone. The quality of the food is exceptional, and each dish I tried was prepared with great care and attention to detail.
The taste, without a doubt, lived up to the high standards set by the restaurant. Every bite was a testament to the use of fresh ingredients and the skillful hands in the kitchen. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dishes were both comforting and exciting to the palate.
The ambiance of Ente Amma adds to the overall dining experience. The cleanliness is impeccable, which is always a critical factor for me when choosing a place to eat. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for their guests.
Another significant advantage of Ente Amma is the ample parking space. It's always a relief to visit a restaurant where parking isn't a hassle, especially in busy areas like Caritas Junction. This convenience adds to the overall ease and comfort of dining here.
However, while the dining experience is undeniably premium, it comes at a cost. The prices at Ente Amma are higher compared to other vegetarian restaurants in the area. For the most part, this is justifiable given the quality of food, the ambiance, and the overall service. Nonetheless, there are a few items on the menu that seem overpriced even when considering these factors. It’s a minor drawback but worth mentioning for those who are budget-conscious.
In conclusion, Ente Amma at Caritas Junction, Ettumanoor, is a top-tier vegetarian restaurant that delivers on its promise of quality and taste. The dining experience is enhanced by the cleanliness and ample parking, making it a convenient choice for a premium meal. While the prices can be steep, particularly for some menu items, the overall experience makes it a...

Update 1 After few visits: Very pathetic customer service.
As I visited the resturant had only few guests dining in there.I ordered porotta kurma set, and when I wanted some extra curry (which all the veg restaurants give in abundance free of charge..... ) the experience was not nice. 1)First of all, none of the waiters cared to respond to your gestures, or "excuse me.." even if they were noticing. They acted busy all the time with very few customers in there 2) I spoke to a waiter, he said, he will bring the curry, and left; and didnt see him there after 3) the third person, acted as if he is bringing some extra curry, and he went the opp. way so I understood he is not going to enquire in the kitchen 4) the 4th person went as if he is looking for the other guy who is bringing the curry, and tried not to come that way again 5) at last after 10 to 15 minutes, I got hold of another guy, he came and said they dont usually give any curry second time (remember its not a custom ordered curry) and if I want it, they will charge separately; which they culd have mentioned in the beginning itself, if it is so. I believe they made an excuse, probably because, they finished the curry as it was already 3 pm. And instead if serving the gravy for the khurma which comes with porotta, the last waiter came back after another 10 minutes and poured some coconut chutney over the porotta (this is now after 30 minutes in total). I thanked him hesitantly and just left the place without saying anything, after finishing my food and paying the bill. But made up my mind not to visit the place again with my family, if possible. It will be my last choice of restaurant in kottayam.
Update 2
I went there last week...and the chef came, enquired about the food politely... and i mentioned about my last experience.. he apologized for it, and they asked any for second serving of curry (which i didn't want this time.) They assured me best service from now on. The taste of the food could still be improved a lot more....
