Food Mall Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

I went here on 27/8/22 with my family. Food was pathetic. One of the worst I had at Thrissur. More than the food I wanted to talk about their pathetic customer service. Especially the person who came to get our orders. I donno his name, but he was a tall man with Spectacles. I wanted to order their days special chicken. When enquired about it to order, he said it's costly better to avoid. Initially, I thought it was genuine from him and ordered something else. We wanted soup. For that also he said it will take time and made us not to order it. After some time, my Lil son wanted French fries, called him and he said it will take time. Then few minutes later my wife wanted Mojito, called him to order it. He said it's costly, if still required he can bring the menu card. We asked to bring which he never did. He never turned up to our table later to ask if we need anything else. He was visiting other tables except ours.Not sure, if this restaurant wants people to buy food or not. We left the place ASAP. My advice to everyone is please avoid this place as much as possible. Don't waste your hard...

I recently (24/05/2024) had the unfortunate experience of dining at this restaurant , and it was, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever encountered. The staff were incredibly irresponsible, taking my order but serving a completely different dish of their own choosing. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.The quality of the food was abysmal, especially considering the high prices. It was not worth the cost at all. Furthermore, the hygiene standards were shockingly poor. The washroom and other areas of the restaurant were disgustingly dirty, making it risky to eat there. I was genuinely concerned about the possibility of food poisoning due to the lack of cleanliness.Overall, this is one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had in Thrissur. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your time, money, and health by choosing a different...

Bad experience, I ordered chicken biriyani..... A guy in the reception.. He told that chicken biryani is finished.... After some time the waiter is come to my dinning area and told that chicken biriyani has 2 number is already available.... Ok, I and my friend ordered cb and beef roast.... And i spend 548 rupees..... Chicken biriyani price 175 rupees...... Only some biriyani rice with 1 piece chicken is there.... Small tiffin box level quantity rice is available..... I give 175 rupees for that biriyani...... Atleast some more rice 🍚or some things like egg is not given..... Bad experience from food mall thrissur... Actually I am also blogger.... I will post one video on my YouTube channel shortly...... One other complaint is beef roast is taste is bad and not interested....my rating is 2 out off 5 ... 1 mark for parking... 1 mark for nice...
