Galaxy Restaurant, Misty Mountain Resort — Restaurant in Kerala

Not a pleasant experience. Not worth the time and money spent here. Sadly disappointed, maybe we had too much expectations.

Some key disappointments I had here- Communication Gap was as wide as it could get. Both the waiter and the manager were confused in their intake and response. Clarity was lacking. The menu and the ingredients in the menu written and explain by the team was totally different. Miscommunications lead to wrong food ordering, the wait for the food is very very long. If they get your order wrong, you will end up waiting longer. It is not as continental as you might expect it to be. Options are leaned more towards Indian style. In my experience, what I wanted was unavailable. And no, it wasn't off hours for the dishes we wanted. They just ran out of stock for the ingredients. Was the wait worth in any way? No, because the food was served semi cold since parts of the main dish was prepared one after the other making some part of the food actually cold.

This is just a fancy place to dine, nothing worth mentioning...

We stayed for two days in Misty Mountain Resort We had four meals at this place.

Galaxy Restaurant : Two Dinners Gaia Restaurant : Two Complimentary Breakfast.

We were 5 adults and 1 5 year old.

Day 1 Dinner : It was less spicy and less salt, But the taste of all the dishes were good. Day 2 Dinner : Dinner was Awesome. I ordered Hot & Sour Soup, Soup was hot and spicy, Tasted excellent. With the soup, Gobi-65, Paneer Tikka were a tasty combination. Later with Pulka i had ordered Vegetable Molee, OMG it was an awesome curry, I will definitely go back for this dish.

Located in the 1st floor of the Misty Mountain Resort, this multi cuisine restaurant offers the right ambience for a fine dinning experience. Ordered Chicken Noodles and Veg. Cream Soup.
