The concept is excellent, especially if you're seeking a place to sit and work or brainstorm.
We (husband and I) visited for the experience, spending nearly an hour there and ordering some french fries and two tuna sandwiches.
Comparing our experience with other places, I believe it cost us twice as much:
Two persons for an hour and some minutes: (150x2)+ 24= 324 Rs 1 French fries: 99 Rs Two tuna sandwiches: 149x2 = 298 Rs
The total is 721 Rupees.!!!!!
From a monetary standpoint, this seems a bit high, considering the non-AC atmosphere and food quality.
I recommend reconsidering the additional 150 Rs per hour charge for those who order food from GVQ menu. Many other cafeterias or restaurants, such as the Coffee Experience Centre (FFox coffee) and Urban Forest, don't impose such charges even if customers spend extended hours reading or working there.
However, it's acceptable for those who value the space and unlimited tea or coffee experience. (NOTE: they only offer tea bags and milk paste, lacking a genuine coffee experience.)
Overall, time café is a good idea that deserves encouragement.
Happy with the ambiance and services.
Additional note:
Unlimited coffee may sound appealing, but it can be misleading. Typically, within an hour, a person might consume 2 to 3 cups of tea or coffee, costing around 10 to 15 rupees each in a regular scenario. However, here, it’s 150 rupees per person with an additional charge imposed for using their space. If you extend your time, there’s an extra charge of 60 rupees per additional hour. Consider whether you’ll have the time for an extra cup of coffee within this period.
So my point is they charge you for using their SPACE. Don’t come here if you only want to sit and have a cup of coffee. You can get delicious coffee from outside for 150 rupees!!
Moreover, choosing unlimited coffee, milk powder, or cookies isn’t a good idea for health reasons.
So, don’t be swayed by the idea of unlimited beverages.
However, if you’re seeking a comfortable place to relax and work, this place is a great choice—provided they allow outside food!!

Read moreA Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype
I recently visited this café with my team for an evening out, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a letdown. Despite its impressive description and script about being a creatively designed space, the actual experience failed to deliver on multiple fronts.
First, the service was extremely poor—staff barely paid attention, and their unfriendly and unsmiling demeanor made us feel unwelcome throughout our visit. Attentiveness and hospitality were clearly not a priority here.
The menu for the ₹150 unlimited beverages was another disappointment. With only four options—black coffee, green tea, black tea, and iced coffee—the choices were not just limited but unappealing. The iced black coffee was particularly abominable, and it was hard to imagine anyone ordering a second round despite the “unlimited” tag. We had potato wedges, chocolate brownie, onion rings apart from the 6 free drinks 2 cookies.
The seating arrangements were equally unimpressive. The café has a monotonous theme, presumably inspired by some artistic vision, but it fails to create a cozy or inviting atmosphere. The cement benches felt like something straight out of an old school classroom, making it uncomfortable to sit for more than 30 minutes, could be for cost cutting. It's understandable and we don't mind, but with a timer theme i doubt if it was intentional. Although a few accent chairs were scattered around, they didn’t make up for the lack of comfortable seating for groups.
While the place was about 70% occupied, I suspect many of them were first-time visitors like us who were lured in by the café’s marketing. Sadly, the experience was far from what was promised, and I doubt many would return.
To sum up, while the concept may seem intriguing at first glance, the poor service, uncomfortable seating, average food, limited and disappointing beverages, and unwelcoming staff make this café not worth a second visit. There are far better options available for both food and...
