AVILO — Restaurant in Kerala

AVILO is a nice place to have some quick and refreshing drinks and snacks. We tried their normal avil milk, royal dry fruits avilmilk, and avocado avilmilk, all were delicious. Apart from these avil milk varieties they provide shakes, tender coconut items, sandwiches etc. On the second visit we tried some fresh juices, especially the avocado juice which was really tasty. The place would be a bit crowded especially in the evening. As they provide self service mode, you have to order and pay first for your drinks/snacks. The place is near to Decathlon Kalamassery. The experience at avilo was disappointimg to say the least .the guy at the cash counter was seeing some reels and didn't even bother to serve us or take our order.. we had to gesture to him to take our orders and he was so annoyed to do so..the food was average ..the ice cream scoop combination and mango shake had a very artificial flavour , tasting like cough syrup ..hygiene wise the tables weren't cleaned . And there was only small fan for around 7 tables which was pathetic ..very disappointed with...

Very disappointing... especially the service.the person at the cash counter was not at all interested in taking orders ,due to the loud music we were not able to hear him when we asked him to repeat the order,his attitude was like I can't say it anymore.. We ordered one sandwich and one avil milk.. At first we went to the counter to collect the avil milk..then waited long to get the other dish. we went there Arround 1 pm .in this hot summer only one fan was on .no tissues..no water on...
