Bought a biryani from halais lulu trivandrum. It was my first time trying it. It is a utter flop and wasted purchase. It tasted shitty that can't even eat it properly. Chicken tasted bad. Rice was sticky and feels over cooked. What the hell was that salad, there was lot of onions and tomatoes but they pored more water than curd. Due to these i didn't wanted to try the pickle. Guys, I even shared the food with colleagues to test if my tounge got any problem but even they rejected the biryani. Ruined my lunch and the halais biryani is in waste bin. If I had the food inside the shop i would have reported this but unfortunately I had to buy parcel. I would escalate the issue if I have any further problem...

Just because itâs inside Lulu Mall, people unknowingly come here, buy food, and get cheated. Such worthless and fraudulent outlets should be removed from Lulu Mall. This is nowhere near your...

The salad had more water than curd, and the pickle seemed ready-made and overly vinegary. Despite this, the biriyani itself made up for it, and I'd still recommend Halais for anyone looking for a good,...
