Heaven Dine — Restaurant in Kerala

It is a worst resturant experience ever.

Hi, I am from IIT Palakkad. We have prebooked tables for 30 students from IIT Palakkad today 01/06/2025.

Service: It's a perfect example of mismanagement.

The food we ordered didn't get on time. Toooooo much delayed.

They took more than half an hour time to bring ice-cream and when it was served totally melted. Are they making ice-cream????? Some worse desserts Kitkat shake: I don't know what it was. Blue lagoon: sweet blue water Royal Falooda: didn't meet the expectations Ice-cream: Very less quantity

No proper order was maintained, the person who ordered prior, order was served at the very end. Nan is coming but curry is not coming which is supposed to serve together.

Panner butter masala was ordered and after waiting for 1 hour, it was conveyed that it will take more 15 minutes to prepare.

Mutton not available which was not previously mentioned.

The bill we got , few extra items were added which we didn't get at table. After mentioning they rectified. But this kind of carelessness is not expected at all.

Behavior of staffs is good and they are helpful and welcoming.

If they cannot manage properly, should not be agree to serve when we prebooked . I highly recommend not to choose there for a good number of people.

Food: It's average compare to the prices, Some are over priced. Dessert is the worst.

My experience was quite positive, especially regarding the food. I started with the veg cream of mushroom soup, which was delightful; the sweetness of the soup was perfectly balanced. For the main course, I tried the Singaporean veg fried rice and paneer butter masala. Both dishes were enjoyable, but I must say, the paneer butter masala was one of the best I've had in the Palakkad. The mint lime was decent but not particularly memorable.

Disadvantages: One downside was the limited number of vegetarian options. It was also confusing that the menu didn't clearly mark the veg and non-veg options for starters and soups. While the curries had separate columns for veg and non-veg, the veg column included about 8-10 options, with two of them being egg dishes. It's surprising and somewhat disappointing to see egg items listed under vegetarian options.

Dont go there if you dont have two hours time to wait for the food

I went to the restaurant and ordered Chicken biriyani, chicken kondattam, porotta and butter chicken.

They initially informed the food would be ready in 20 mins.i had guests in my home and i was waiting to collect it quickly.

What happened is i ended up waiting one hour and forty five minutes to get the food.

The bill was paid when i ordered itself, so i didnt have any choice other than to wait.

After 45 minutes, i requested to deliver the food since guests are there. Atleast i could attend my guests. But they said delivery is not available.

What a poor, disguisting ,unprofessional and pity service are they providing to their customers.
