He shared valuable local tips about places to visit in Munnar, showcasing a genuine desire to ensure we had a great trip overall. A memorising place to visit, hospitality is excellent I beleive it over exceeds Hyatt, Taj, Raviz 5-7 standards! Prabhakaran head chiefs managed our wedding, for the food for 5 days which was delivered as perfection! His team of chiefs have been superb with delivery, service, quality not even one person fell sick or didn't like any part of the food (starters, mains and desserts). Catering team members like Sahil and others we're kind, informative, and ensured that people with dietary requirements we're managed with the best care possible.
